Order Processing
All orders placed on Panacea Peptides are processed from our temperature-controlled facility to maintain the integrity of every product. Orders received before 12:00 (noon) on a business day are typically processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
Delivery Timeframes
We use The Courier Guy for all domestic shipments. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions. Panacea Peptides cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service once a parcel has been collected from our facility.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of your order. Rates are provided in real time by The Courier Guy and reflect the most accurate pricing available at the time of purchase. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Packaging and Handling
All products are carefully packaged in our sterile, temperature-controlled environment to preserve product integrity during transit. Peptide vials are individually sealed and cushioned to prevent damage. Due to the nature of our products, all packaging is discreet and does not display product contents externally.
Failed Deliveries
The Courier Guy will make up to two delivery attempts at the provided shipping address. If delivery cannot be completed after the second attempt, the parcel will be held at the nearest depot for collection for a limited period.
Important: If a parcel is not collected within 48 hours of a failed delivery (where the failure is not due to a dispatch error on our part), the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery will be arranged at the customer's expense. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.
Order Tracking
You can track your order at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your order history. Each order displays the current shipping status and tracking information provided by The Courier Guy. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter promptly.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing an order. Panacea Peptides will not be held liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address due to information provided by the customer. If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible — changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.
