1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Panacea Peptides website at www.panaceapeptides.co.za ("the Site"), as well as any purchase of products through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Panacea Peptides reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on this Site, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under South African law. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Panacea Peptides supplies products exclusively for legitimate research purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we have reason to believe that products are being purchased for purposes other than bona fide scientific research.

3. Product Use & Research Disclaimer

All peptides, compounds, and related materials sold through this Site are supplied as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory experimentation only. They have not been evaluated by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) or any equivalent regulatory body for safety, efficacy, or suitability for human or animal use.

By purchasing any product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The products are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic application, or diagnostic use.
• The products are not medicines, supplements, or food products.
• You will use the products solely for lawful scientific research conducted in a controlled laboratory environment.
• You assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
• Panacea Peptides bears no liability for any misuse of products purchased from this Site.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of the Site, including placing orders and viewing order history, require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Panacea Peptides may suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

5. Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before payment is confirmed.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Panacea Peptides reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation notification.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major payment methods. Panacea Peptides does not store, process, or have access to your full card details at any time.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. Orders that remain unpaid for more than 48 hours may be automatically cancelled.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Panacea Peptides ships to addresses within the Republic of South Africa using The Courier Guy. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided during checkout and are subject to the courier's operational capacity. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on processing times, delivery estimates, and packaging standards.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that a responsible person is available to receive the parcel.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict handling requirements they entail, returns are generally not accepted. Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases of damaged goods, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Panacea Peptides or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Panacea Peptides, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
