Recommendations for Biohacking (Peptides & HGH)

1. Use Bacteriostatic (BAC) Water for:

• Multi-Dose Peptide Vials: Most biohacking protocols involve daily injections from a single reconstituted vial over 1–4 weeks. BAC water is essential here to prevent bacterial contamination after the first needle puncture.

• HGH Reconstitution: Standard recombinant Growth Hormone vials are typically intended for multi-day use. BAC water maintains sterility throughout the duration of the vial's use.

• Longevity Storage: BAC water helps preserve the integrity of the peptide solution for up to 28 days when refrigerated.

2. Use Sterile Water ONLY for:

• Immediate Consumption: If you are reconstituting a vial and injecting the entire amount in a single sitting.

• Preservative Sensitivity: Some individuals are allergic to Benzyl Alcohol. In these rare cases, sterile water must be used, but the reconstituted peptide should ideally be used immediately and the remainder discarded.
